Job Description
As a Hotel Management Trainee, you will assist the various departments in their daily operations and contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned.

Learning Objectives
The learning objectives of your internship are a combined initiative between the company and GlobalEd including: 

  • Market: You will acquire a good working knowledge of this sector, the competition and the volume of traffic this hotel experiences.
  • Goal Setting: You will learn the importance of establishing objectives and providing status reports on a periodic basis. 
  • Customer Service:  You will analyze customer satisfaction feedback, report on the results and make the necessary recommendations.
